Current research theme

Empirical Studies for the Dependent Relationship between Japan and China

Seminar

In this seminar, you can learn how to analyse the economic fluctuations of the Chinese economy and the Japanese economy by using the statistical data.In the first year (Seminar 1), In the first year (Seminar 1), we place the main focus for learning the basic knowledge of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics . In the second year (Seminar 2), we learn the techniques of empirical analysis and learn how to analyse the economic phenomenon of Chinese society or Japan society. The Objective is to prepare seminar reports in group. The third year (Seminar 3) is a free research session where students decide their own research objectives.
Anyway, the objective of this seminar is that learning several theoretical and empirical analysis methods to find and solve research problems. I believe that through these three years of seminars, students could acquire an understanding of economic fundamentals and the skills expected of a graduate of Economics.
