Seminar
The aim of this seminar is to mainly analyse medieval and modern European history from an economic aspect. Although there is a technical difficulty in constructing a history from historical information, there is also fun in there. In the first half of Seminar 1, we learn research methods of economic history, and in the latter half, we read some historical documents. This seminar has so far dealt with an analysis of expedition records, the history of lifelines such as gas and water, as well as research on ritual ceremonies and monsters, with a touch of folklore.
